San Elijo Hills Real Estate

About Edward Philbrick

My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to constantly communicate with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with a fantastic experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards but the satisfaction of my clients.

I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why I’m dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of my clients. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.

Today’s buyers and sellers need a trusted local resource that can guide them through the complex world of real estate. With my extensive local knowledge and commitment to providing only the best and most timely information to my clients, I’m your go-to source for San Elijo Hills real estate insight and advice.

I have sold, managed, and invested in San Diego County Real Estate for over 20 years. I’m a skilled agent, property manager, marketer, and local community volunteer. I was elected the San Elijo Hills Community Association President by San Elijo Hills homeowners for two consecutive terms.

I am the publisher of San Elijo Life since 2006. I also have 20 years of online marketing and media experience and am a published local photographer. I graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Marketing.

I have lived in San Elijo Hills for 17 years with my wife and daughter. We enjoy surfing, cycling, hiking, volleyball, and building our SEH community.

I’m not the biggest agent in time, but I will provide an exceptional experience and handle your San Elijo Hills real estate transaction from beginning to end, with no team hand-offs.
