Reducing Sugary Drink Consumption

Did you realize that up to 17% of what your child consumes daily is added sugar? And half of that comes from sugary drinks!  The American Academy of Pediatrics is striving for some policy changes that may help our kids avoid health problems in the future. Dr. Jaime Friedman’s latest blog outlines some great tips on what parents can do to get their kids’ eating (and drinking) habits on a healthier track.
