Directional signage will be placed out the morning of the sale to the individual neighborhoods.
Please note there will be NO MAPS distributed indicating which individuals homes are participating, and no registration is required to participate.
Gates for Promontory Ridge, Westcliffe, The Summit, and The Estates will be held open from 7 am to 5 pm; for all other neighborhoods, please check with your community regarding access.
Please feel free to add additional signage in the community after 8 PM the night before so long as it is removed promptly after the event.

This year we will split the community into two sections (North and South). This will allow residents to shop and participate in the sale!

Movie Under the Stars II
The San Elijo Hills Community Association is hosting a FREE showing of Disney
Pixar’s The Incredibles (rated PG) as our final movie of the summer series!
The Incredibles will be shown on Friday, July 20th at the upper softball field of San Elijo Hills Park.
Pre-show activities will begin at 6:00 PM and the movie will start after sunset (around 8:30 PM). Remember to bring your low-back beach chairs and blankets for lawn seating!
Married superheroes Mr. Incredible (Craig T. Nelson) and Elastigirl (Holly Hunter) are forced to assume mundane lives as Bob and Helen Parr after all super-powered activities have been banned by the government. While Mr. Incredible loves his wife and kids, he longs to return to a life of adventure, and he gets a chance when summoned to an island to battle an out-of-control robot. Soon, Mr. Incredible is in trouble, and it’s up to his family to save him.
The San Elijo Hills Foundation will provide a few food trucks with a variety of food & refreshments for purchase.

The next General Session Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 21, 2018, 6:00 pm at the San Elijo Hills Onsite Office (1277 San Elijo Rd. S., San Marcos, CA 92078).

It’s time to ROCK THE BLOCK!!!! Come party with us August 24th in the Town Square Park. Let’s kick off the new school year and dance the night away! Welcome new neighbors and catch up with your favorite friends in the San Elijo Hills Town Square Park. Getting the party started will be a live DJ, dancers, dance floor, CO2 jet blasters, music, lights and laser show! We will have interactive games (for all ages!), contests, prizes, and more! Food & beverages for purchase are also just steps away! Enjoy one of the local eateries or grab a bite from one of the delicious food trucks coordinated by the San Elijo Hills Foundation. San Marcos Concert in the Gardens: Saturday, September 14th
The final Summer Concert in the Gardens will be held on Saturday, September 14th and will be featuring Tony Suraci and the Highwayman Band (Johnny Cash/Willie Nelson Tribute)! Super Q Food Truck “the best hickory smoked BBQ this side of the Mississippi” will be there to sell their delicious specialties! Food is not included in admission price
You may purchase presale tickets online, at the San Marcos Community Center or the San Marcos Senior Center up to 1 day prior. Make sure you bring beach chairs or blankets for lawn seating. Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase. Please note, no pets (except permitted service animals) will be allowed. If you have any questions feel free to call (760) 744-9000.

San Elijo Hills Movie Under the Stars- Part 3: Friday, August 16th
The San Elijo Hills Community Association is hosting a FREE showing of DreamWorks Animation’s Rise of the Guardians as part of our summer movie series!
The movie tells a story about Guardians Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, the Easter Bunny, and the Sandman, who enlist Jack Frost to stop Pitch Black from engulfing the world in darkness. It features the voices of Chris Pine (Jack Frost), Alec Baldwin (Santa Claus), Hugh Jackman (the Easter Bunny), Isla Fisher (the Tooth Fairy) and Jude Law (Pitch).
The movie will be shown on Friday, August 16th at the lower softball field of San Elijo Park. Pre-show activities (including bounce houses, a sticky wall and more!) will begin at 6:00PM and the movie will start at sunset (around 8:00PM). Remember to bring your low-back beach chairs and blankets for lawn seating! A few awesome food trucks will be there and will have a variety of refreshments available for purchase.

San Elijo Hills Concert in the Town Square: Saturday, August 24th
Lounge-o-Rama is coming to San Elijo Hills to put on a fun and exciting concert for our residents! Get ready to dance on Saturday, August 24th from 4:00PM-7:00PM in the Town Square! The six-piece band will be performing a variety of music featuring songs from the last 100 years! They are sure to put on a great show for all ages!
Remember to bring a low-back lawn chair or blankets to sit on.
The San Elijo Hills Foundation will be bringing in some food trucks to the event so make sure you stop by to purchase some dinner or a snack, if you choose! There are sure to be some tasty options!

The garage sale will be promoted to the public so expect many shoppers! A large banner will be posted in the Town Square prior to the event and directional signage will be placed out the morning of the sale to direct garage-salers to the individual neighborhoods.
Note: this is NOT a fundraising event and there is NO charge to participate. Also, no map with individual addresses will be handed out.
Ignite Yoga Fusion in conjunction with the San Elijo Hills Foundation is excited to bring our residents the first ever Get Fit Event and 30 Day Challenge Kick-off! Join us on Saturday, September 15th in the Town Square from 10:00AM-2:00PM! There will be live music, family tai chi, family yoga, kettle bell training, kids crafts, food trucks, healthy skin care and more! Take the 30 day Family Challenge and as a community let’s GET FIT!
